How I Use Trello to Gain an Unfair Marketing Advantage

When I started building my consulting firm and marketing agency team (we work remotely), I knew I needed a tool to help me keep on top of my ever-growing to-do list. It didn’t take long for me to discover Trello.

Trello makes it easy to organize any marketing projects with anyone. Use Trello to visualize and manage your marketing machine and stay on target with due dates and under budget. Create boards for each project you’re working on, then add lists for individual tasks within that project. Now you can organize your marketing tasks just like you organize every other aspect of your life with lists.

Trello is probably one of the best software platforms I ever started using for project management. It’s incredibly user-friendly and flexible, and it syncs across all your devices. I use Trello for all my tasks, personal and professional, at home and in the office.

Trello is a great tool if you want to give your marketing, or any other project for that matter, an advantage. Use it for as many things as you can, integrate it into your marketing program, and stick to the plan. You’ll find it is easy to use and helps you get more done much faster than you could otherwise.

In this week’s video, I pull back the curtain and show you my exact process on Trello including workflows and little hacks I’ve discovered along the way to customize it to fit your needs.
